Delivery and Returns
At Just -Rugs it is our aim to get your new rug delivered to you as soon as possible. Our normal delivery time is between 7 and 12 days from point of order, to having a beautiful new rug adorning your floor at home. While the majority of our rugs are delivered directly from stocks we do on occasion have to replenish our stocks and this can involve an additional waiting times. If this happens we will first let you know of the delay and how long we expect the delay to be. Delivery times on out of stock items from our manufacturers vary and if the delay is going to be longer that we first anticipated we’ll let you know of this delay and also offer a full refund if the delay is not suitable.
Delivery Service and Costs
Just-Rugs offer a FREE standard delivery service throughout UK Mainland on orders over £50, however there are remote postcode locations where there is a fee for delivery. Details of postcodes where a delivery cost is added are detailed below.
Orders under £50 will incur a small charge of £4.99 for delivery, in addition to the delivery cost for remote postcode areas.

We do not currently deliver to Southern Ireland.
We offer a no quibble returns policy and will happily exchange or refund any product which is unsuitable for whatever reason. (UK ONLY)
However the Buyer must return the item or items to us, at their own expense within 7 days of notification of return and must return goods in the same condition and packaging in which the item or items were delivered. Missing items will be deducted from your refund.
The buyer must notify Just-Rugs of any damages or defects within 7 days of delivery and must obtain a returns reference number by calling 0141 300 7443.
Please note that you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit and that we receive the goods. If reasonable care is not exercised, we may make a claim against you for not exercising this statutory duty.

Please note if you purchase in store the goods purchased are subject to different regulations within the Consumer Contracts Regulation of 2013.
Faulty Goods Damaged or Faulty Goods will be replaced or refunded. Please note that the courier will ask you to sign for the goods on delivery. If you have not been given an opportunity to examine the goods, please sign for them “unexamined.” If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged, then please sign the delivery paperwork as “package damaged” or if you so wish, refuse the delivery.
